Mr. Bosco is a client-centered attorney who focuses on the unique details that make the difference in litigation, arbitration and compliance matters. With a deep background in the issues that most impact clients, he represents international, national and regional companies in wage and hour claims; EEOC, DOJ and other agency charges; discrimination, whistleblower and wrongful termination litigation; DOL and OSHA investigations; as well as class and collective actions, arbitrations, mediations and single-plaintiff disputes. His work includes drafting and negotiating employment agreements, drafting company manuals and policies, advising on litigation avoidance programs, executive and employee training.
The co-author of the Thomson West compliance and litigation manual Public Accommodations Under the Americans With Disabilities Act, his practice includes a focus on federal and state ADA issues involving physical and technological accessibility issues. He also advises clients on ADA Title II and Title III, Rehabilitation Act and state accessibility laws and provides compliance counseling, defends litigation in all federal and state courts, negotiates favorable settlements in accessibility matters involving health care providers, financial institutions, retailers, restaurant, hospitality clients, and other owners, partners, operators, lessors and lessees of public accommodations. He also represents clients in labor union-related matters including collective bargaining and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Bosco graduated with scholastic honors from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Wake Forest Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. He is a former vice president and assistant general counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank.
